CAS-***-D3V3Q3 Debit order still going off my account - Car was traded in May 2025
Tiisetso Ramugadi Was such a brilliant help this morning, she was very clear, very concise, and straight to the point. She immediately escalated the matter to help and within minutes I received a notification on my phone of the query that she actioned. We did not waste any time. She was very friendly; all necessary policies and protocol were adhered to and within 5 minutes my problem was solved. I am now just waiting for the next department to do act on their part.
