After reading all these negative queries I am not shocked at all. If Hello Peter could rate companies a zero , I would gladly give them a zero. I have never in my whole life experience such an unprofessional cliental service. One there's miscommunication within the consultants, two you complete the online queries channel no one calls you back, three you ask to speak to the line manager you are not allowed??? I sold my car and cancelled my plan but for them to pay back the amount its an issue?? When I paid cash for the plan they didn't waste time to receive it but for them to pay it back its like I have to fight for it.
