Car Service plane *******

<p>Worst experience with this God forsaken company. i signed my father up for their service plan product thinking it will be easier to get his car services, after deducting premiums regurlalry for a year the car was due for a service. So we made enquiries two weeks in advance hoping that when we take the car in we would not have any problems. </p> <p>When we eventually took the car in we call the customer service to arrange the payments, fisrt they tell us we missed one premium the previous month which no one had bothered to advise as thats what normaly happens when you miss a premium. Secondly they next premium after the one that was supposedly missed did go off successfully. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I called today at 16:15 to query this i was put on hold for about 23 minutes. the lady that answered was rude, incosiderate and down right unprofessional. these ******* will debit your money without fail and hope u miss just one payment so they could make their profits of you. </p>
