car service plan

liquid capital is a ****, have the cover with them since september 24 , took my car for servive today but was told i was sold the wrong plan, called liquid capital spoke to Lebone, she dropped my cal and emediately receive an sms saying my query is resolved while we were still talking, called again and I couldn't get through i think they blocked my line , called on another line spoke with a guy explained again and my call was drooped, im very furious because y car is waiting at a dealership for service to be done after i ve paid for more a than a year
