I called to find out about my policy as i didn't pay for only one month then the next month you never deducted decided to pay manual transfer, when i called you said you will still check my manual transfer as my policy was canceled i waited for almost a week after being promised to wait for 48 hours, i made it easy for you by sending you an email of proof of payments that i emailed, still no response for the whole week i went to your fb page i was told that they will call me shortly i have been waiting no one is assisting me, please try to treat us like people especially when i transfered my money you not saying anything about, this lady by the name of Boniswa very rude shes the one who promised to call me after a day I don't like the way she's spoke to me very rude
