Car not serviced and Racial **************.

After sending my car for service on time, to Kia motors at Louis Trichardt, they failed to service my Kia optima as they did not have car parts. I I gave a call to Kia motors at Silver Lake were I bought the car, and I informed them about what happen, so they booked the car in for service at their branch in silver lake. I got to silver lake at 10:00am. Only to find the Kia motors at Louis Trichardt, recorded that they serviced the car, when they didn't, they even stamped the service book to make seem as if they serviced the car. I got asked to give a call to Kia at Louis Trichardt, for them to send an e-mail to specify that they did not service the car as a requests from liquid capital, I asked Kia motors at Louis Trichardt to send the e-mail, which they did specifying that they didn't service the car. After that a call was given to liquid capital, for them to authorize so that the car can get serviced, then a LADY BY THE NAME OF THOKO REFUSED TO AUTHORIZE THE SERVICE. I SET AT KIA MOTORS UNTIL 14:00 WAITING FOR FEEDBACK. People don't buy cars if liquid capital are the ones who authorize the service, they will give you hell, and KIA cannot do anything about it.
