Can't get payment back for extended service plan policy paid in full, Part 2

Complained a week or so ago regarding not get paid back for my Service Plan after 1.5 months of waiting, i received a phone call to let me know i would get paid back 10th April 2021, i did receive a payment but not the full amount i paid!! R2744,17 less thank what i paid the service plan in full for. I expect to receive the full outstanding amount paid into my account
