Cannot cancel for a refund for a motor service plan and extended warrenty plan

I am very disappointed to have been mislead by your consultants. There is a guy called Christopher Makholwa who sold me an extended warranty plan some time last year November. I had lengthy discussions about the flexibility of cancelling for a refund in case i might not need the plan. He indicated that i can cancel and request for a refund at any point especially if i trade in the vehicle. To my surprise, i am told i cannot cancel and get a refund. Otherwise i wouldn’t have opted for the plan. Getting hold of the customer service is an absolute nightmare and getting them to respond to my questions and queries is a nightmare as well. He called more than 10 times when he wanted to finalise the deal, now he doesn’t want to take any accountability. Bare in mind, i didn’t not sign a contract of any sort for the plan. @liquidcapital. I want my money and i will flight for each and every cent of it. Your business and the administrators of the service gave me such a horrible treatment. The other issue is the fact that i cannot get a refund on my motor service plan because i have traded in the vehicle. All these debit order that have been accumulated are used to benefit the company and no compassion is given to customer what so ever. I need answers!
