Cancellation of the service extension policy
I’d like to acknowledge Frederick Zwane from Liquid Capital for the professionalism, empathy, and genuine care he showed during the cancellation of my policy. His support was deeply appreciated, especially given the circumstances—my vehicle was ****** during a traumatic hijacking and kidnapping incident. His sympathetic approach made a difficult process feel a little more manageable.
