Cancelation of a service plan

Good day. Hi purchased a hyhidai i20 from Hyundai Kempton, with this vehicle i also paid for a service plan from liquid capital. I then traded the car after 6 month and did a cancellation of the service plan, just to find out the dealership had ********ly and without my knowledge claimed on my service plan, after a long battle between Hyundai Kempton and liquid capital the dealership admitted to the mistake and refunded liquid capital for the service done. I then submitted all the correct paper work and was told in August 2017 that my refund would be paid, just to never hear eny thing from liquid capital again. On this day 20 September 2017 I contacted liquid capital to find out were in stand on my refund, when I was told the refund was paid to MFC on the outstanding balance on the car, Which is impossible because I settled the vehicle in April 2017.
