Breach of Contract

I took out a maintenance cover in May and my first premium went off from my account on the 1st of July. Upon acceptance of my cover by Liquid Capital, I received an sms which reads as follows

" Congratulations Ms ***X on accepting your 360 Plus Maintenance Plan (T****029632). Your first premium of R369.38 will be debited on 01/07/2017. Please note, your maintenance claims and wear & tear parts will be active upon receipt of the 6th successful payment. And your service benefits are to be provided after 4 successful premiums. Plan documents will be sent within 30 days to ******XX.com. Regards LiquidCapital, FSP 6210"

My cover/policy documents also mentions the same as the above message with regards to the waiting period for cover. Now today I took my car to a service dealership and it was discovered that I needed to new front brake pads. The dealership called Liquid capital and they advise the dealership that they will not be paying for the brakes pads as they have only received two premiums from me. When I enquired with liquid capital, I was told that they will only cover my car " after 10 000 km after taking cover with them" which is not even stated on the contract or either informed to me prior taking the cover.

This is unacceptable, companies such as these thinking they can rip people off.

When I asked to speak to the manager incharge I was put on hold for 20 min.
