Bought a service plan- Only got one service

I purchased a service plan and was able to service my car once. When I tried to book the second service they said my vehicle was no longer on service plan. They have been working on this issue for 2 months now. They never get back to you, you always have to follow up.

I paid a lot of money for just one service. This feels like I am being ******. I really just want this sorted out. I have just now had to do my own service which cost just over R6000.00 rand. Really you pay upfront for piece of mind and then still have to pay for services. This is really not acceptable service.
