<p>the company first confirmed via email that my term will be 36 months.360 Service Plan - 3Y/60000Km and my plan value - is R 5806.00 this morning i was billed a total of R6050. Another premiun went off. The last time i called according to my records, the plan lapsed last month. how does this happen and can i be refunded mt R244 thank you</p>
