I was assisted by Suzanne at customer care this morning,she went the extra mile to even call the car dealership and check how come they can't pick up my policy,she even corrected them on the chassis number which the dealership was inputting incorrectly hence they could not pick up my policy. Suzanne corrected all the mistakes that I had experienced with liquid capital in this past week and yesterday.she deserves 5 star rating for her best customer care service which is becoming rare in our country.
