Best service after being declined for no reason
Send my vehicle for service unfortunately LiquidCapital declined my claim without any valid reason or contacting me.
Upon inquiring they Thato Ntheledi requested me to email her documents, and promised to escalate the matter to relevant department as well as to keep in touch, and she did exactly that.
She waited until my query was resolved without her having to knock out at 17H00. Her service is the best the company is very blessed to have people dedicated like her.
