below average customer service
I had the most frustrating experience with Liquid Capital. For the most part I have no dealings with the company. I logged onto the self-service web portal to check when I needed to take my service in for. I wasn’t the date it was due. I noticed there was no service history In my account. I logged a service call because I thought this would void my warranty. I waited two (2) days and no one contacted me. I got an sms to let me know that my ticket had been closed. I decided to call in because I thought it was odd that my ticket was closed and not one of my two questions had been answered.
I called through an got through to a female consultant who I wont name here even tho I really should. Who told me I can go ahead and book my car in for the service on Saturday. She apologized about the web page not reflecting my history and assured me on their back end they could see it.
I booked my car in for the service great.
Whilst im dealing with my client I received 5 missed calls, once I was done with my client I answered it was another male agent (again I wont mention any names) he called me to inform me that Liquid Capital will not cover my service as I have missed my 45k service. That service was done last year September. I was obviously annoyed because I had just gotten off the phone with the previous consultant who assured me everything was fine. I went through my whole conversation with the previous consultant and whilst on the call the previous agent was trying to call me. He said he would try help me but I can not take my car in on Saturday. Completely over this conversation I told him there was no way I could take it during the week. He went on to then googling kia dealerships around my area. To which he saw was too far. The male consultant informed me he would revert back to me.
Once I put the phone down my phone rang again and it was the first consultant, phoning to tell me I can not take my car in Saturday. I told her the male consultant said he was working on it and that he informed me that there was no service history. She said no one called me. I said infact someone had called me. She said no one logged the call. I again told her that I can not take my car in the next three days. She asked me to ask kia if they can log my service in the Friday and complete the service Saturday. At this point my frustrations with liquid had reached its peak. She was speaking to me as if I don’t keep up with my monthly payment, that she was doing me a favour helping me.
While on the phone the male consultant was trying to phone me I told her her company was calling she said no one was. By this time I was tired of being called a **** so I merged the calls. Hold and behold they knew each other. I was completely over this call. I decided that email communication is the only way I wanted to be communicated with.
The female consultant emailed me all the details and my back service history.
I work in customer service and the help I received was extremely poor. It was below average and not worth my monthly instalments.
