Bad telephone ettiqutte

<div>****** called me asking to do a survey for Kia Midrand. She did not explain the rating scales clearly. I told her to give them the lowest ranking possible but she said I must rate from 1 - 10 without explain if 1 is bad or 10 is bad. When i asked her to do this she got irritated, said if i did not want to do the survey I should have said so and dropped the phone. Why is she there if she has a temper?</div>
