Bad service from Liquid capital

CAS579070 where by i have been their member from last year making sure that all my payment are up to date . so i was adviced by Liquid Capital to take my car to the dealer and later they said they cannot be able to pay for the service because the contract which they have captured from their system show that i have 3services per year and my car service book request a service once a year and they are not giving a run around promising to pay back my money . the contract that i have with them was agreed that i can take my car three times, they have my car model and year and type so they should know what is the service book of this car i dont need to explain all the details of the service book to them as they have surely make it possible to create the instalments and reviews of this parkage.
