BAD service from LiqCapital

I have been calling Liquid capital and the call centre keep taking my messages and I am not getting any call backs from them as promised. I bought a service plan and I have paid 80% of the plan for 4 services thus far, which was suppose to end 2023. I have to sell my car and thus far I've only used 2services which is half of my plan and during this plan I decided to pay more than the required amount of 400 by 98 rands (498). Their terms and conditions stipulate that if you owe them at the point of your termination you are liable to pay them back any due amounts but in this case they owe me all the 98 rands I've paid as an extra for 23months and they are not responding but rather ignoring me. How can one principle apply to customers but not them as a company - im very disappointed this is purely ********* and shows no integrity from such a company and I bet they have tons of values somewhere on their "walls"as a tickbox exercise.
