Bad service

Am very disappointed with how liquidcapital consultent handle customers 1st it was Thato Nttheledi who took me from pillar to post during May until Sizeni helped me. Now is Tsundzukani whon I spoke to him on the 1st this month made promise that I'll get feedback in 3 to 4hrs only yo reply me after 12hrs now he requested invoice I did send it he say it's not an invoice what is that I should do to get help I wanted to continue with the service plan but with the bad service
