Bad service again. Problem not solved that was meant to be solved

I had an issue on the 28th June that I thought was solved and it is not. There was a mistake on my policy. I have now called numerous times and no one is assisting. This is extremely frustrating and should not be happening again!

Here was my previous issue;

I bought a vehicle, a Hyundai iX35 in November 2015. The vehicle was initially purchased in April 2013. When the vehicle was initially purchased, it came with a service and maintenance plan for 5 years or 100 000kms. When I purchased the vehicle, I extended this for another 24 months and extended the plan to 115 000. I was told this morning, when I took my vehicle into Hyundai that the plan expired on the 24th November 2017. There is clearly an issue here. Why on earth would someone take out a new plan while the old plan is still effective? I was under the impression when I took this plan out that it would only kick in once the old one expired. Please can a manager get back to me as a matter of urgency.

Today I took my vehicle to Hyundai Sandton and have been told it is only under warrenty for the 90 000km service and not the 75 000km service.

How can this make sense?

I sent this mail below this morning;

Hi. I wonder if you can help me. Please see the previous email chain below and address this as a matter of urgency. I have just taken my vehicle for the 75 000km service and they said it is not under warranty. Hyundai have said that there is an extension on my warrenty but it does not cover the 75 000km service. As per previous issues, this was meant to be resolved and updated and it clearly isn't. This was a mistake on Liquid Capitals behalf and I shouldn't be going through the same issue as I previously did!

Can someone please have the decancy to call me back as I have now been hanging on the line to someone for over 15 minutes, hence I have just put the phone down.
