Bad service

I sent my car to Renault northcliff for service 06/06/2022,liquid capital is refusing to pay my claim saying I'm R5000kms late, however they have been deducting my account monthly with no fail and hence I havent missed any debit order, as they don't want to will like all premiums from last year Feb until to date
