Bad service

On the 1/5/22 around past three to 16h00 my car stuck on MY road between Kestell and Bethlehem in the Free State.I called Liquid Capital for road assistance of the did help me with that.The person that help me said I must book for accomodation they will refund I did not have a problem with that.Today on Monday ,the 3rd of May I called them to find out about the process he told me that will send me the email which he did not do it.I called Liquid Capital several times concerning this matter until this afternoon .To tell the truth the experience that I receive from the morning was so bad until I asked to be helped by somebody senior.I used so much airtime because somebody will say just hold on I will come back to you,either the call will cut on its own or my airtime will be finished.
