Bad service

I need to complain about the Liquid capital as was called to take a service plan with them and i was explain that i need to take the car to service at 80 000 ,,on 28 March 2022 the car was 79990 and i called to enquire and i was only informed i was supposed to take the car when it reaches one year .i requested the recoding as they listen and realize that consultant was at fault as she did not inform me about the full information .cas-***-N2D2H5
