BAD SERVICE

I recently purchased a Hyundai i20 and I liquid capital contacted me regarding one of their products called Regent Life AMH PPP DIB and I said I wasn't interested but they kept on pushing and I said I'm fine without the product and I got the letter from the bank saying the product was added on my account, I then tried to contact Liquid Capital and all the do is put me on hold and transfer me to other people, no one wants to help because I don't want the product.
