Bad Service

They phone my wife will driving and she agree on a policy that is not required for her vehicle, I try to get it stopped, because my wife is working in a call centre, now I am not allowed to contact them. Our vehicle is a automatic and not an clutch operated. Can some one please contact me to cancel this.
