Bad Service

If you're considering taking a Service Plan or any related products with this company, don't bother. They are hard to reach when you need to cancel but easily accessible when they need you to sign up for their products. I've had quite a hard time reaching their call center after my e-mails were not responded to.

They further wanted to charge me for cancelling a service plan that would only be effective on 2019/03/01, which obviously, I have not benefited from. This is only 13 business days since the plan has been activated.

Be weary of service providers that make it easy to enter agreements and hard to leave.
