Bad service

I have just join Motorhappy plan for service and warranty after much hussle with them in terms finding the right consultant to give me quotation. Now after going through all complains from previous people who didn't get a good service from this company, i have a second thought of cancelling my contract with them. The lady i spoke with and had quotation done on service plan and warranty, called to confirm if i like the contract or not, i told her to call me the following day of which it never happen. I called again the following week and told that the contract is active, without my consent. Its pathetic
