bad service

BAD SERVICE REFUSED TO PAY MY CAR SERVICE I don't advice anyone to join this insurance due to the following , if you already join please quit to avoid depression after they taken your money. I did extended my service plan with them and they deduct monthly an amount of R300 for the car service ,I took my car for service last month while its was close to 105km but they told me I must bring the car on the 31 October then on the 30 October I called several time to book for the car to service I didn't reach them the lady said will call me back bt she didn't and on the 31 October the car while was on service they told the dealer that they wont pay NOT ME and without the reason I end used my credit card to pay.This is ******* insurance im very stressed too much and im going to report them on ombudsman as Ihavent received any contract but they keep on deducting the money.
