BAD SERVICE

I called the call center on the 9/11/2017 to get a quotation for my car i wanted to extend my service plan that i already have with your company .

Since the service was so bad i now have second thoughts.

I asked the person who i spoke to , to please send me a quote.

That will never happen i could hear it in his voice that he wasn't interested. Thats very sad as i pay his salary.

We all know that service in SA is very poor.
