Bad service

<p>It's been a week since I was told that my refund confirmation would be given to me, still no communication about this and the waiting game still continues. All I want is my money back! This company sold me two of the same product at two different prices and then canceled the one, 15monthe later they cancel the one that was left and tried selling me the same product which would be at a higher cost and restart the 3months waiting period. This is how this business treats its clients, trying to make a quick buck of them. Oh let me not start with the being sent from pillar to post just to get to talk to a person who knows what's happening. </p>
