bad service

<p>i sent my vehicle for an services at the dealer and the service tech told me that the Glowplugs needs changing but the serviceplan did not cover it. i contacted Liquid Capital and had to firstly explain what an glowplug is, then i explained that when i joined i asked if the plan covers glowplugs and the consultant said yes. now its a battle to get any service from them.</p>
