Bad service😡

I have been using liquid capital since 2018. I sent an email to in March 2022 requesting to extend my service plan as it was coming to an end. Up to this date nobody responded to my email. In June i received a call from their sales dept offering me a warranty. I explained i dont want a warranty i want a service plan extension. Last week i took my car in for service only to be told my plan has ended. When i asked liquid capital why nobody responded to my email, no one wants to take accountability. Today i asked Dolly to send me a recording of the last phonecall we haddo i can prove to them i requsted an extension service plan and she tells me she can not. My plan has ended but i still need to pay for another 9 months to go. This is total *******. They are robbing people here.
