Bad service

We have contacted Liquid Capital last week to request to cancel the maintenance and warranty of our car as the car was written off due to an accident. On Monday this week we have received confirmation that Mechanical warranty was cancelled and we have forwarded this confirmation to m-sure to help us to processes the claim to settle our short-fall in order for us to be able to purchase another car. Today we have decided to contact m-sure to find out how far is our claim since we have send them confirmation from Liquid Capital that the plans on the car is been cancelled. Only to find that Liquid Capital they did not cancel the service plan on the car, my issue is as customer if i have called Liquid Capital to request cancellation of plans due to be written off, obviously all the warranty and service plan must be cancelled. Why only cancelling one and leave another. Now they are telling us is going to take 7 to 14 day for the service plan to be cancelled. This is not our fault, we want the plan cancelled immediately and want confirmation immediately, as this delay us to get m-sure to settle our car. You are quick to take our money, but when come to service , there is no service.
