Bad experience with LiquidCapital ??

I had a bad experience with liquidCapital, i wouldn't advice anyone to take any insurance with them they are a ****. Yesterday i had to pay to get a new tyre which was damaged on the side wall because i hit a pothole. Firstly i called them to ask where can i take my car they told me only Tyger wheel & tyre, when we got to the workshop they knew nothing about LiquidCapital and how to claim from them, yesterday when we went again the guys finally get hold of them they didn't even want to see the pictures they just asked what was wrong and on the spot just said they dont cover that but their policy says they cover all damages on the side wall of a tyre. They didn't even want to talk to me, I've been paying on time my tyre an wheel insurance is still active. Lastly their consultants are very rude, they dont have the patience to listen.
