Review of Liquid Capital

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Liquid Capital regarding my two-year warranty plan, which was a requirement for my Kia vehicle.

As per the warranty terms, the first service was due when the vehicle reached 15,000 kilometers. I made a booking with Kia for this service, only to be informed that Liquid Capital had declined the maintenance request. Their reason for the rejection was that the service should have been completed before the one-year mark, which was not clearly communicated to me.

Upon contacting Kia, they confirmed that, according to their records, the maintenance period should be valid from January 2025 to January 2026. However, Liquid Capital stated that this period was no longer applicable and that the warranty would instead continue until November, with coverage up to 40,000 kilometers.

This entire situation was frustrating and felt like a case of miscommunication between Liquid Capital and Kia, leaving me, the client, without clarity or proper assistance. At no point was I informed of these changes, and when I inquired why I had not been notified, I received no satisfactory explanation.

For anyone considering a maintenance plan with Liquid Capital, please be aware that their communication is extremely poor. A simple email, SMS, or phone call would have made a significant difference in preventing this issue. Other companies ensure efficient and effective communication with their clients, and I strongly believe Liquid Capital should improve in this area.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.
