Bad customer service and dishonest staff

<p>On Friday I spoke to a rude consultant from this company who was not willing to hear what the reason was for my previous complaint, I then dealt with her supervisor who advised me that she would contact SA Warranties about a refund because it was the companies fault that my policy was cancelled. Today I contacted SA warranties to find out about the refund and to my surprise I was told that they knew nothing about it and were not notified by liquid capital about it. This is pathetic service I have received and all I want is my money back from these dishonest rude people!</p>
