Bad customer service

This guys Hai they take a cup today seriously I wanted to take in my car for service I called Renault the Glen They told me Liquid capital wont pay I must wait for the mileage to reach 59 atleast Today I took in my car they tell me Liquid capital refused to authorize because the car is late for service because of time frame They want me to tell them who I talked to who advised me to wait How the hell will I remember someone I talked to last year

Now I must pay out of my pocket When I have been paying insurance They agent actually told me you should have called us when Renault turned you back

What for because you guys work together ?
