Bad bad service Liquid Capital

I took my vehicle for a service and had to pay for the service out of my pocket.

Later they responded through their customer care center and they confirmed that my refund will be paid within 21 days. We'll now its over 42 days and my money hasn't been returned. I paid R7000 for that service and every month they are debiting my account.

What annoys me the most is that even when I follow up with them they don't even respond to my emails. How do you hold people like these accountable?

Can someone responsible enough make contact with me? Your service is pathetic and unprofessional.
