Bad Attitude and Very, Very Poor Communication

I took out a Extended Service plan with them. For the 90 000 to 120 000 km service. My car went for the 90 000 km service. Know it's time for my 105 000 km and I was told that my policy was canceled in Feb 2018. No Communication. This is not the first time. Every time I have a problem. So I am looking for someone that can help me with a service plan but has nothing to with Liquid Capital.
