Approval of 30 000 km service
I spoke to Karabo regarding the challenge I faced which resulted in me not being able to take the car in for service in the stipulated month. Karabo treated me very professionally and escalated my request as soon as I had submitted all the documentation. She further promised that she would inform me as soon as she receives feedback, which she did. Her service stood out for me this morning. Keep up the good work, Karabo.
