Appauling service

I bought a 2 year service plan through a car dealership. When I took my car in I was told I'm covered for 1 year. I ended up paying for the 2nd service. I went back to the dealership and was provided with proof that I'm covered for 2years. Liquid Capital is dodging refunding me. This has gone on for over a month with no favorable response. My call got cut when I asked to speak to a manager. After waiting for a whole 30minutes.
