Annoying Calls
I do have an service plan with them, what is annoying is that they will contact me every week (sometimes up to three times a week) to sell me an extension of my service plan or to sell me a wear a tear cover. Today (27 Nov) I have so far received 3 calls 30 minutes apart with same selling pitch. This is getting really annoying.

They phone basically everyday and that after I was promised that my number will be de listed from their cold calling list. Pathetic customer service.
