Angry and disappointed by ba

<p>I have a 360PLUS Maintenance Plan with MotorHappy. I sent my car in for a service on Monday the 03.04.2017. Liquid Capital firstly refused to pay for shock absorbers to be replaced on my vehicle saying that they wanted the workshop to send my car to another service provider to put my car on a shock absober test machine in order to get a report. They claim to make authorisations based on reports obtained as opposed to the physical inspection of the car part. Secondly they have not made payment for the rest of the service done on my car based on their authorisation which was send to the workshop on the 04.04.2017 till currently. To cut the story short my car has been sitting @ the workshop from Monday the 03.04.2017 to date. I have spoken with numerous people from customer care to finance in their company with no success of getting the payment done but just false promises. I have spoken to Julia/ Lesego/ Christon/Benedine/Kristy. To top it all when I spoke Christon on the 05.04.2017 she told me that she could not assist me further as it was past 17:00 hour which is their knock off time and that other departments had left for the day including her manager, after being on line with her for some time... This company claims to cater for your vehicles needs and they also claim peace of mind for their clients and yet I have only received headaches from a company that does not care. They dont care for the vehicles they cover and they neither do they care for their clients... This is not the first time that I have sent car for a service with the same dealership workshop and for the second time I'm disappointed, dissatisfied and angry at Liquid Capital for all the inconvenience caused.... I would never ever recommend for anyone to take up their plans ever... This was the last straw for me and their customer care is also unhelpful and doesn't respond to quiries and complaints that I have been forwarding to them...</p>
