Amazing Customer Service Experience (From Worse to GREAT)

I bought a second hand Renault Clio 4 (2017) and took a policy with Liquid Capital. To cut the long story short, I found out that my policy was sold to me incorrectly and I am due for service (7th Annual). Firstly spoke to Tshepang who tried his best to assist me but I feel as though he failed me as a customer (Did not go the extra mile) as I had called on Friday using my cellphone trying to ensure that my service booking will be covered. The call disconnected but he did not even attempt to call me back to ensure all was well (29-Nov-24 around 16:45pm)

Today, 02-Dec-2024 (Out of fustraction), I contacted Liquid Capital but got a very friendly voice that went out of her way to do the following: * Re-explain the policy back to me * Found out from Tshepang what happened with my query * Called the dealership that I needed to do the service with and explained to them that they can go ahead and do the service * Came back on the line and answered all my questions and concerns * Even asked me if there was anything else she could assist me with

This was a true definition of what CUSTOMER SERVICE should be. She even deserves a raise or bonus for December. Thank you Thembekile Setlhabi for an amazing experience. Please, keep the momentum going. Help others the same way you did me.
