After speaking to the correct person, my problem was resolved

I recently made a complaint against Liquid Capital. After the service I have just received, I have to commend them, namle Kaywood and Finios. They resolved my issue and I am really appreciative.

Having said that, I am still frustrated that the 1st lady I spoke to, who's name I never received rudely just transferred me to the switchboard that kept me on hold for 20 mins.
