After qualifying for my 1st service with Liquid Capital / Motor Happy Service Plan, I took my car for service and was told that my service plan has been declined by Motor Happy / Liquid Capital
After qualifying for my 1st service with Liquid Capital / Motor Happy Service Plan, I took my car for service and was told that my service plan has been declined by Motor Happy / Liquid Capital. Preparing myself for a big fight, I phoned them, I spoke to Karabo Makgoo, she was extremely professional and super helpful. She explained the reason and told me that she will revert back to me. Before I could finish my coffee, she sent me an email that the matter has been resolved and my claim was approved. Well done for an amazing speedy service🙏🏾
