Liquid Capital assisted me effectively by authorizing our rightful service despite the Service Centre refusing authorization. Whilst I did have to sit on the phone and await feedback multiple times, they were busy resolving the issue whilst I was onhold and between calls eventually phoning me with good news! I was blessed by the intentional way in which they delt with this- within 24 hours the issue was resolved so their timeline was also relatively efficient!
