Absolutely terrible service from day one

So once again I have taken my car in for service today at Hyundai and prior to this I left a review and received a call to have this resolved by consultant name Lesego Tlhabanyane she said I can take my car through and it's been approved. I have my car waiting at Hyundai from 7:30am and now I am being told this is under investigation. What sort off service is this liquid capital!!!! Lesego asked me to remove my comment and I advised I will once this is resolved. Is this a dam joke each time I am taking my car in and being **** to! Disgusted with the service I have received **** about the policy and can't use it.
