Absolutely terrible service

Terrible service. Had my car booked in for a major service but the company refused to authorize this. When I called to request for a reason for this, I was informed that services are not covered because I have a full maintenance plan on my vehicle. Really does not make any sense when according to the Liquid Capital plans, a maintenance plan covers services and wear and tear items. Now my vehicle has been parked aside in the workshop and cannot have any work done on it.
